Printer settings must be posted
- Settings MUST be posted if inquiring about help. You should include the following information:
- Printer Model
- Slicer used (e.g. Cura, Prusa, etc.)
- Filament material and brand
- Nozzle and bed temperature
- Print Speed
- Retraction settings
- If settings have not been posted within the first few hours of the original submission, the post may be subject to removal.
Posts must be related to fixing a 3D printer
- Posts that have nothing to do with fixing 3D printer settings will be subject to removal.
Reposts are allowed
- Reposts are allowed and actually encouraged. If your initial post was never solved feel free to post again since you may receive different feedback depending on the time and day you made the initial post. Please refrain from making the same post within 12 hours of the original one.
- With that being said, spamming the same post dozens of times a day is not allowed. Spamming will result with an initial warning followed by removal of the subsequent spammed posts.
No memes
- Memes and jokes are not allowed since they detract from helping people actually looking for support.
Respond to people on your posts
- If you do not interact with people attempting to help you troubleshoot, your post may be removed.
- Responding to at least _some_ comments encourages helpful discussion, and leaves helpful information for future troubleshooters who may find your post.
