Posts must be relevant to SLC

All posts in this community must be related to any of the current or past housewives of SLC.

Misinformation is not allowed while speculation is allowed depending on the topic and its relevance to the sub. It is up to the mods to remove a post they feel crosses the line about said speculation.

Be kind and respectful/ No cyberbullying/No ragebaiting

Discussion is encouraged. Respect is required. Rudeness, personal attacks, and harassment are not permitted. This also applies to the housewives, this is not a snark sub! This includes no screenshots where you reach out to the housewives/cast. While criticism and opinions are allowed and encouraged, posts and comments name-calling, insulting and bullying will be automatically removed.

No racism, anti-semitism, xenophobia

Racism, anti-semitism and xenophobia will result in a permanent ban.

No homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, ageism, bigotry or microagressions

Homophobia, Transphobia, misogyny, ageism or any type of bigotry and microagressions might result in a temporary or permanent ban depending on the comments/post made.

No body shaming

Body shaming is not allowed, hurtful comments made about housewives appearance and their families are not tolerated. The housewives are people too!

No doxxing or sharing of private information

If the information you’re looking for has not been mentioned or talked about in public, we don’t talk about it either. This counts for people whose faces or names are blurred on the show. No sharing of houses or addresses if the information is not public or shared by the housewives themselves. This applies to Reddit users too. Reddit rule #3: Respect the privacy of others. Instigating harassment, for example by revealing someone’s personal or confidential information, is not allowed.

No links to illegal streaming websites, or to shops, articles that are self promotion for $ gain

Promoting your own endeavors, articles, stores, websites, social media or other businesses is considered self promotion and it's frowned upon across Reddit channels. Furthermore, we do not allow financial postings with the intent to make earnings on this community. Linking to streaming sites or any illegally hosted content is not permitted. Sharing unofficial streaming sites violates copyright law and cannot be posted in this subreddit. (Links to articles or Tik toks are permitted)

Redundant posts/ Discussion about episodes

Before making a post, please make sure this subject has not been mentioned in the past five days. Look for old posts if you have questions or are looking for specific subjects, more often than not they have been brought up by someone in the past.

Every Wednesday there is a discussion post dedicated to the episode airing the day of, please refer to it to make comments about the episode, they must be kept in those specific threads. (Posts with high engagement will not be deleted)

No diagnosing

You are not able to diagnose any of the housewives or their families, friends of any type of illness, mental or physical, even if you’re a health professional. Any post or comment about diagnosis or implying any type of disorder will be removed.

This also applies to Robert Jr. and his battle with addiction, posts that cross the line about him will be automatically removed.

Mod attention

If you are unsure about certain things regarding the sub or posts, you are invited to reach out and we will sort things out!

Harassment, offenses and attacks against any member of the Mod Team will be taken seriously and it will conclude with a permanent ban. No bashing of other Subreddits and their moderators. We reserve the right to moderate at our own discretion.
