This is a support group for people that have (or have had) spouses, friends or other people in their lives that are toxic, self-absorbed, or have abusive personality traits, particularly those associated with cluster B personality disorders. Please share your stories, your questions, your histories, your fears and your triumphs.

Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is rarely discussed in public forums, even though healthy connection to others is an integral part of healing. This is a peer support community for those who have undergone prolonged trauma and came out the other side alive and kicking, but with wounds that need tending. This is also a place for friends and family of the victims to come for support.

A place to share psychology based mental health resources (Self Help books, podcasts, coping skills) for healing , from anything, including but not limited to: - Emotional Neglect - Abuse (verbal, emotional, physical) - Sexual Assault (rape, domestic Violence) - Narcissistic Abuse (from parents or partners) - Bullying ***All these resources are for healing and recovering (as a supplement) but do not REPLACE a therapist who can give you individualized help. *** NO HARRASMENT ALLOWED.

We are a supportive, respectful community for discussion for people who have PTSD or have friends, family members, or partners with PTSD. **We are not an alternative to professional evaluation. Posts seeking diagnosis will be removed.**
