Posts and comments must center on Rivals or Vanguard-related gameplay, hero kits, team strategies, UI feedback, meta builds, highlight reels, lore discussions, and related hardware calibration tips. No, venting only posts. Vanguard, if you need to vent you also need to ask for help, we’re here to try and improve, if something is frustrating you, let’s work to overcome it. Off-topic content will be removed to keep the community focused and valuable.
Maintain Respect & Civility
Fellow Vanguard, refrain from "gitgud" comments or anything adjacent to insulting someone's ability or skill, only constructive criticism and tips to improve. The inverse is also applied, don't get angry at people trying to help. Treat fellow Vanguards with courtesy. Personal attacks, hate speech, harassment, and derogatory language are strictly banned. Repeated violations will lead to comment removals, temporary mutes, or bans at the moderators’ discretion.
Self-Promo Limits
You may share your own videos, streams, guides, or other content no more than once per week. Every self-promo post must include a concise summary of its value to the community. Excessive or off-topic promotion will be removed and may incur a warning.
Quality/Effort Requirement
Memes, fanart, and other creative posts must demonstrate clear effort, originality, or meaningful context. Low-effort reposts, uncaptioned screenshots, or art with no connection to tank/vanguard play will be removed or sent back for improvement.
Use Proper Spoiler Tags
Any discussion of unreleased content, patch leaks, new mechanics, or series/film spoilers (If the series/film was released in the last three months refrain from posting altogether) must be wrapped in a clear spoiler tag or Reddit’s blur feature. Posts intentionally spoiling series/film content and posts lacking proper formatting will be removed until corrected. When in doubt, tag it as a spoiler.
Apply Correct Flair & Formatting
Use the designated post flairs (e.g., “Requesting Help,” “Guide,” “Highlight Reel,” “Meta Discussion,” “Fan Art”) to classify your content. Proper flair and clear titles help everyone find and engage with your post. Moderators may adjust flair if needed.
