Just be mindful of your actions and use common sense. Some things may not be in the rules themselves, but you should know not to do those things.
No brigading
When talking about a different subreddit or a post on a different subreddit, please blur the username and do not link to said subreddit or content in any way shape or form, or your content will be deleted.
Brigading is the act of coordinating a group of users to go on a specific subreddit, post, or comment to manipulate voting scores or harass other users. Please do not do this for obvious reasons. Examples: "Let's downvote this person because xxx" or "This subreddit sucks! Get them!"
No bypassing automatic removals
Some topics will be disallowed on the subreddit however, those topics might still have a flair for them that automatically removes the posts, bypassing said restrictions WILL earn you a 1 day ban
No pornographic content.
NSFW is allowed when tagged, but content deemed strictly pornographic will be removed. This rule will not be changed.
No minors
If you are a minor please avoid any interaction with this subreddit, you will be banned on sight.
Do not spam edits for automod
As you may have noticed, editing posts make a new automod spawn, as a result spam is created, if you edit the post once after upload is fine however any more after that you must notify mods
No spam
Please search for posts regarding your topic before posting (Alternatives, Errors, etc.). This keeps things organized.
Recommending platforms however is allowed.
Spam posts such as ones about random errors or image moderation down will be deleted.
Be a decent person.
Do not do anything you would not want to be done to you.
No low quality posts.
Single sentence posts that do not contribute to the discussion or have been repeated many times will not be tolerated.
If you are recommending a platform then the post atleast has to spell out the pros and cons, the link to it's discord or reddit subreddit for support and the proxy support. If there is none of these present your post will be removed.
Posts solely asking for support or asking a single question will be removed once answered to remove clutter from the subreddit.
Read the atmosphere,
Duplicates and posts deemed of less value to the discussion will be removed, these include low quality posts, posts about the same topic which have had like a lot of posts about it already and anything else at the mods discretion.
Low quality advertisement is disallowed
High quality ones are allowed since this is a discussion subreddit and people are smart enough to figure out if they want to use your platform or not. Keep your advertisements spaced out weekly. (7 Days)
No hate against the mods of the official subreddit
Criticism is allowed such as discussing why certain actions may not be "cool." Hating to hate is disallowed.
