No minors, you must be 18+, do not draw public attention to minors, report to mods
JanitorAI is a service only for those 18 and older. For this reason our subreddit and discord are restricted to adults aged 18+. Minors are not allowed for their safety, and the safety of the adults who use this space. If you see a minor using this subreddit, please DO NOT draw attention to them, but report the post and message modmail using the button in the sidebar. If you see a minor using the site, please report them via the website or the discord server. DO NOT make a post.
No slurs, including reclaimed ones
We do not allow slurs of any kind, even those that can be reclaimed. Sharing chat containing slurs only to point out the slur isn't allowed. If you're sharing a chat contining a slur but not centered around it, make sure the slur is censored.
No hate speech
What is hate speech? It is discriminatory (biased, bigoted or intolerant), or pejorative (prejudiced, contemptuous or demeaning) public speech that incites, promotes, spreads, or justifies hatred, violence, or discrimination against a person or group based upon something such as race, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
Do not post content from janitorai.com that breaks site rules, or encourage others to break rules
This includes bots that break site ToS, alerting people to loopholes in the LLM, telling people to go against creators expressly desired POV for bots publicly. This also includes drawing attention to rule breaking content. Rule breaking content should be reported to site mods.
Do not post about extreme fetishes, or sexual violence
Extreme fetishes include, but are not limited to; zoophilia (including: MLP, pokemon (Anthro included), scat, vore, gore, watersports, hypersize, and other extremes. Anything non consensual will be removed. Bot sharing tagged under Dead Dove must contain the list of the main trigger warnings in the title and spoil sensitive content in the post's body, including the full TWs/CWs list.
Do not suggest, incite or promote self destructive, suicidal, or illegal behaviour, jokes included
This includes KMS/KYS comments, even jokingly, encouraging or talking about illicit substance use, breaking laws.
No pornographic images, gifs, or videos, or links to such content including bots
No IRL porn. Images of exposed genitalia, intercourse, or pinups made for sexual gratification is not tolerated. This includes realistic AI generated images. No pics of under-aged characters not of sexual maturity. This also includes cubs, loli, and those made to satisfy the fantasy of teen/child-like characters in inappropriate settings. Please double-check ages of characters before posting.
Memes and bot shares must not contain content that would break any sub rules (which are stricter).
Ensure when posting a meme that the content does not violate any of the subreddit rules. When posting bots, ensure that the content does not violate any of the subreddit rules, as they differ from the site rules. Memes that are used to bypass the mention of unallowed content will be removed.
Posts must be relevant to JanitorAI. Screenshots from website, sub, or discord must censor usernames
This subreddit is for discussion of JanitorAI related content only. Discussions around proxies are allowed only under the designated megathread to prevent flooding. Memes on proxies made to bypass this rule will be deleted. Any post that does not censor usernames in a screenshot (unless your own, in which case be sure to specify that it's your username) will be removed. No I am leaving or departure posts.
If the site is down, "site down" posts will be removed. Pet posts will be allowed during site outage
If it's a longer downtime a megathread will be setup to chat about it. Any individual post regarding it will be removed. Pet and hobby posts are allowed only during site downtime with their designated flairs, posts that use those flairs when the site is up will be deleted.
Advertising of other AI chatbot sites, third party plugins, or self-advertising is prohibited
Do not name-drop, promote, or link to any other AI chatbot sites. Do not name-drop, promote, or link to any third party browser plugins relating to JanitorAI. We cannot verify their safety. No links to donation sites or questionnaires.
No alt accounts or ban evading. Posts about discord or site bans will be removed
Alt accounts or accounts made to evade a ban will be immediately and permanently banned. We cannot help with discord or site bans on our sub. If you have been banned from the site, email support@janitorai.com to appeal it. If you have been banned from our discord server, appeal via https://dyno.gg/form/7bfbb901
Be respectful to other users, and staff of Janitor. We can disagree without insults
Keep all discussion civil and respectful. Criticism must be directed toward the website, features or policies and not at individual people. Personal attacks, call outs, or hostile posts targeting users, moderators, or developers are not permitted. Disagreement is allowed, harassment is not, please remember that conversations should remain civil. Constructive criticism, civil discussion, and on topic feedback regarding the website remain welcome and encourage.
No venting or triggering topics including but not limited to politics, religion, kinkshaming
This subreddit is not for venting or discussing personal problems, issues, or trauma. This is not the appropriate place to discuss topics like the above or things like mental illness. Opinion about kinks is fine, but any comments or posts that express negativity or disgust towards anyone else's view on a kink is not allowed. Dead Dove content related to bot sharing must be spoilered and TWs listed in the title: if they are many, use keywords that reflect the content. Put full list in the post.
