As a digital privacy subreddit, we must focus on digital privacy. Unrelated political discussions, unrelated conversations, and other off-topic issues will be removed at the full discretion of the mod team.
No Spam.
Posting spam and any spam-like behavior is not allowed. Violating this rule will result in a ban. Affiliate links, brand deals, and advertising are strictly prohibited. Additionally, discussion of any VPN besides Proton, Mullvad, and a handful of other privacy preserving VPN options is banned. Free VPNs are banned. We also do not allow AI use, as AI is not compatible with privacy currently.
Self-promotion is not allowed.
There can be a fine line between self-promotion and sharing helpful information. The mod team will ultimately decide, but please disclose any relationship you have with the products or services you discuss. Thank you!
