Passion is awesome, personal attacks on others are not. Disagree with the take, not the person. If you do, straight to jail.

Think Pulisic had a bad game? Say it. Think the guy arguing with you about it is an idiot? Keep that part to yourself. We’re all on the same side here.

No Hate Speech

This is self explanatory, but racist, homophobic, xenophobic, or otherwise hateful content gets removed immediately and may result in a ban. This includes comments directed at opposing players, fans, or nations. Think El Tri’s tactics are garbage? Argue it all day. Think Mexican fans are subhuman garbage? Take it somewhere else, or better yet keep it to yourself and let your own hate consume your every waking thought until you die having had a meaningless life. Straight to jail.

Keep it USMNT relevant

Posts should be about the US Men’s National Team, its players, matches, or related news. Off-topic posts will be removed. This is r/USMNT. Not r/soccer, not r/MLS, not r/your_random_opinion_about_Messi. Straight to jail.

No Selling or Self-Promotion

This is a fan community, not a marketplace. Posts selling jerseys, tickets, merchandise, or anything else will be removed. Promoting your YouTube channel, news site, or podcast every other day also falls under this. If the purpose of your post is to get something from this community rather than contribute to it, it doesn’t belong here. Got a Pulisic jersey from the 2022 World Cup you’re trying to flip? Cool, take it to eBay like a normal person. Right to jail.

No brigading or trolling

If you just crawled out of r/LigaMX after getting beat dos a cero or r/ThreeLions after yet another WC draw to a team your “definitely better than” after a result to rub it in, we see you, we don’t respect you, and you won’t be here long. Jog on and no me jodes guey/huebon/chabon/mae/colega/pana/weon/parce ect. Believe it or not, jail.

No Ticket Selling/Scalping

World Cup tickets are already a nightmare to get. Don’t make it worse by using this sub to flip them at 10x face value. Any post buying or selling tickets will be removed unless approved by mods. Otherwise use the official channels like everyone else. That said there are exceptions. Need a friend for a match? Cool. Have an actual ticket and want to invite a fan at a reasonable cost? Let us know first.
