r/urbexnewengland Subreddit Rules

1

Be Kind

Be kind. Don't be a dick.

Violation reason: Person is being a dick.
2

Please don’t directly share location names or directly ask FOR Locations!

This has always been a rule, for all who enjoy Urbex. If you are doing an images post, please do not post or speak of the name of the location, as we want to preserve the location as best as we can.

This rule does not apply to QUESTIONS about a location, as this is a community and we therefore permit asking questions about places.

Please do not endanger the structure with your question, such as asking for entry points. Thank you!

Violation reason: Please don’t directly share or directly ask for Locations!
3

Please don’t suggest dangerous meetups or partys

This subreddit is a community for discussion and for sharing pictures of abandoned places within New England. It is not an advertisement board for mass meetups which will more than likely lock down a structure more.

Thank you

4

No threatening violence or belittling others

Urbex is fast becoming a popular experience. Therefore, there are bound to be new people who ask questions. We will not tolerate belittling of people for asking simple questions that follow the other rules stated in this rule board. Please be nice!

5

Your post must be within a New England State!

Please make sure the location you are showing or talking about is within the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, Vermont or New Hampshire.

Please use a flair to better follow this rule.

6

Please make sure your property is actually abandoned

This should go without saying…
