Only use English for the titles and also comments so everyone can read and understand. This will ensure that more people feel comfortable and participate in discussion.
Only watch-related posts
Ensure to post only watch related posts whether it's with picture/video or just text. But on some days we will open a thread to talk about fun/entertaining SFW topics that aren't watch related. After all, this community needs to gel together and we can't do this purely based on watches.
Flairs
We want a sub that's organised and is easy to browse. Using the right flair for your posts organises the posts so a new member finds it easy to visit older posts that are useful for them.
Refrain from Spamming
We all want to keep coming back to this subreddit to share our watch shots and get appreciation but we wouldn't want to do that because we know there's that one user who posts a hundred times a day and it gets boring. You make the judgement call and know how much is too much. I think 1 or 2 posts a day should suffice.
No First Copies, Reps or Duplicates
Please refrain from posting watch shots of and promoting first copies, replicas and duplicates.
Non watch-related posts
Regularly, we will create a thread to discuss non watch-related stuff so we get to know one another better in the community. Max participation recommended
No Sale Posts
If you are a business- either watch related or others, please don't make sale posts. You are welcome to post pictures of watches without mentioning that you are selling them. Also, don't paste a link to your business.
We are doing this to keep this keep our platform free from scrutiny form potentially promoting or allowing scammers who drain people of their hard-earned money.
No Politics or Religion
Watch should unite us all and for that we will only stick to watch talks and other fun topics but we will keep Religion and Politics and other polarizing/hot-button topics out of our daily discussion.
No self promotion and Cross-posting
Please do not promote your business, social media pages and subs directly, by sharing links or by using watermarks of them on your watch shots and other watch related posts.
