Please engage with your fellow fans in a civil and polite manner and be sure to respect each other's opinions and differences. Profanity itself is not forbidden as long as it's civil and not overused (this is the internet after all). That said, it's a good idea to avoid using profanity in your posts. You may be asked to resubmit a post with gratuitous profanity. In general, attacks on other fans or the fandom itself are not tolerated. Please report any disparaging comments or posts.

Make An Honest Effort

Please make an effort to create readable content. Posts and comments with incomplete or incoherent thoughts, major grammar or spelling errors, unreadable characters, lengthy unformatted links, gratuitous whitespace, excess emoji, or AI generated content are some examples of violations to this rule. Try to also be considerate of mobile users. Our goal is to encourage engaging discussion so quality posts are key.

Be Supportive To The Fandom

If you don't love the show then why are you here? Posts and comments should support the fandom and community in general. Debate and civil arguments ARE allowed and encoraged. Such discussion can have a positive effect when done in an honest and cordial manner, however care must be taken so the conversation doesn't devolve into a squabble. Posts and comments that serve only to attack or disparage our show or community are simply unwanted. Please report any unsupportive posts or comments.

Rugrats Related Content Only

In general, please try to keep posts related specifically to Rugrats. Discussions about other shows or topics probably don't belong but will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If a post or top level comment simply doesn't feel like it belongs it will probably be removed. Comment threads often diverge from the specific topic and so will not be judged as harshly. Please report any posts or top level comments that are irrelevant to our fandom or just don't feel right being here.

No Soliciting, Spam, or Advertisements

All posts containing spam/ads will be removed. That said, we want to encourage artists and creators to post here. Therefore, original and interesting content is allowed even if you're selling it. You may only include a link to a webstore within the comment section of a post. You may not reference the webstore in your main post at all. The post should be able to stand on its own even without the comment. Feel free to ask the mods to sticky your comment. Stickies & removals are at mod discretion.

Absolutely No Harassment or Discrimination

Trolling, harassment, discrimination, and other such behavior will not be tolerated. Jokes and sarcasm are allowed but must remail civil, non-violent, and should be written intelligently enough as to not be confused for trolling. Harassment and discrimination will result in immediate and permanent bans. Please do us all a favor and report trolls and any other terrible people so we can put them out of our misery.

Absolutely NO Sexual Content

This is a kids show where the main characters are toddlers. Any sexual content depicting our beloved characters is simply disgusting and unwanted here. The innocence of our characters is one of the defining features of the show. Please don't ruin that. Consider that there is a wide demographic for our fandom which also includes kids. We want them to feel invited as much as anyone so please keep things PG. Permanent bans will be handed out to any violations of this rule.

Text Only Shipping Posts

Shipping and posts of their discussion is allowed in the subreddit as long as they’re safe for work and not breaking the rules or Reddit TOS. However using images in these type of posts, especially from the original Rugrats series, is prohibited. Any posts breaking this rule will be removed.

User & Post Flairs

User & post flairs are enabled. Valid user flairs include any quotes from the shows or movies. Post flairs are required for all submissions. Unflaired users & posts may be assigned one at any time.
