No Self-Promotion
Keep your Airbnb listings, moving services, and other âhelpfulâ sales pitches to yourself. This includes blatant SEO placement. If it doesnât add value, itâs getting deleted.
No Exclusion/Xenophobia/Hate
No "go back to where you came from", "stay where you are, we don't want you", "transplants go home" comments are tolerated here. New York City is for everybody.
No AI/LLM Slop
If you're going to offer advice, it needs to come from a human perspective. LLM prose is pretty obvious, and it's cluttering the subreddit. Repeated use of LLM comments/posts to spam or self promote will result in a permanent ban.
