Don't be an asshole.

Be respectful to your fellow medical students. Rude and/or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated on this sub. All forms of racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, etc. will be removed, possibly resulting in a ban.

No premed content.

This subreddit is intended to be a forum for current medical students to discuss their studies, medical education, residency applications, and more. Most posts made by pre-medical students and/or incoming medical students will be removed. We have incoming medical student megathreads each Spring which allow incoming medical students to ask questions and ask for advice.

This forum is not a place to ask for personal medical advice. Any posts asking for second opinions, diagnoses, interpretation of personal labs/imaging, etc. will be immediately removed and will result in a permanent ban.

In order to help reduce spam on our subreddit, users must have at least 10 comment karma in order to participate on /r/medicalschool, and all accounts must be at least 72 hours old.
