Be Respectful - No Toxicity or Harassment

Constructive discussions, criticism, and debates are encouraged. However, harassment, personal attacks, hate speech, excessive hostility, baiting, or toxic behaviour toward other users will not be tolerated.

Keep Posts Related to Mech Arena

All posts and discussions must be directly related to Mech Arena.

Content unrelated to the game, excessive off-topic discussions, or unrelated memes may be removed unless there is a clear connection to Mech Arena.

No Cheats, Hacks, Exploits, or Unauthorized Modifications

Discussion, promotion, or sharing of cheats, hacks, exploits, unauthorized game modifications, or instructions on how to bypass game systems is strictly prohibited.

Bug abuse and exploit sharing may also result in moderator action.

No Forbidden Topics (Account Trading, Selling, Advertising, Fraud)

Buying, selling, transferring, gifting, trading, or promoting game accounts is strictly prohibited and violates the game’s Terms of Service.

Advertising, self-promotion, referral links, boosting services, fraudulent chargebacks, scams, or commercial activity of any kind are not allowed without moderator approval.

No Spam or Repetitive Content

Spam, repetitive posting, excessive self-promotion, karma farming, duplicate posts, or content intended primarily for advertising or disruption may be removed.

Repeated spam or abuse of posting privileges may result in moderator action.

No NSFW or Inappropriate Content

Pornographic, sexually explicit, graphic, or otherwise inappropriate content is prohibited.

Content promoting illegal activity, illicit drugs, abuse of alcohol/tobacco, or inappropriate services is not allowed.

Low Effort Posts May Be Removed

Low effort posts are subject to moderator discretion.

Posts focused solely on rewards, crate rush results, unlocks, purchases, or acquisitions (mechs, weapons, pilots, implants, mods, etc.) may be removed if they only serve the purpose of saying “Look what I got.”

Posts should encourage discussion, provide useful information, ask meaningful questions, or contribute value to the community.

No Community Disruption or Flamebait

Constructive criticism of the game is welcome.

However, repeatedly posting content intended to provoke negativity, derail discussions, spread misinformation, encourage players to quit in a disruptive manner, ragebait, or create hostility within the community may result in moderator action.

No Ban Evasion or Moderator Circumvention

Attempting to evade bans through alternate accounts, repeatedly reposting removed content, or intentionally circumventing moderator actions is not permitted.

Failure to comply with moderator instructions may result in further moderation action.

Moderator Discretion

Moderators reserve the right to remove content or take action against behaviour that negatively impacts the subreddit, even if not explicitly listed above.

This rule exists to cover edge cases, loopholes, and situations that clearly harm community quality but may not fit perfectly into an existing category.

I believe this would help us better align subreddit rules with the moderation actions we already take and reduce confusion or disputes around removals and bans.
