Request Properly
Title Format: Amount - Repayment Amount - Repayment Date(s) - Payment Method(s)- Location - Short Purpose (ex. Bills) One request every 24 hours. Do not delete your posts. The body of the post must provide potential lenders with context as to why you need a loan, saving the exact personal and sensitive details for personal communication with them.
Public Ledger
Whenever an agreement is made, there must be a public facing post, preferably by the borrower and confirmed by the lender. Keep it to 1 post per loan, unless you are posting about an unpaid loan. Reporting an UNPAID loan is REQUIRED after 48hrs. If somebody here doesn't repay, its your duty to share, as you would hope everybody else would. Keep your agreements public(past/present), this is a p2p space, scammers thrive in secrecy. There are no fees or upfront costs.
General Courtesy
Be kind to other members here. No cold messaging, no hijacking requests. Keep in contact when you have loans and be reasonable.
No loan requests for drugs, gambling, paying off other lenders. Make clear arrangements, report when people default.
No advertising content, services, etc.
Failure to Repay
A borrower's failure to repay lenders will result in ban from here. This can be reversed if the borrower eventually repays the lender. A borrower can also be banned for failing to repay lenders elsewhere.
Spam
No referral links, tasks, kyc, or anything not loan related. As rule #1 says, 1 loan request a day. Commenting "message me" or "DM me" from a brand new account or other general low-quality posts will removed as seen fit. You should be wary of accounts with little to no karma saying that, Reddit's spam filters prevent them from messaging you for a reason.
Post Flair
Use the appropriate post flair to describe your post.
Active Loans / Adding On
Borrowers may not have more than one outstanding loan without expressed lender approval. Existing( active loans )must be disclosed. An additional loan's repay date CANNOT be before the first loan's due date. If you have an existing and active loan, you must have approval of lenders involved.
