Welcome! "Flow arts" describes a broad variety of activities that usually involve play, tapping into a flow state, object manipulation and movement. For some it's very technical, for others it's more intuitive and playful. Some like the prop in question to be the focus, others approach it more like dance. This subreddit is for sharing flow pictures/videos, posting tutorials, flow related events, asking questions, connecting with like minded people and having fun playing!
