3

All posts must be Century Homes related

No X/Twitter links.

To avoid platforming and monetizing Elon Musk, Century Homes has chosen to ban any links which lead to X/Twitter. Any link shorteners found to be used as a means of subverting this rule will be treated the same and will result in an automatic ban.

Violation reason: No X/Twitter links are allowed in r/CenturyHomes.
6

No excessive sales or self promotion posts

Its ok to mention you have a home blog/vlog as you work through renovations on your Century Home, but MODs have the right to ask you to limit posts or have a cool down time between posts.

7

No Low Effort, Trolling, or NSFW posts, no karma farming (karma accounts / reposts).

keep memes to a minimum, keep posts on topic, its ok if you need to vent and curse at your house every so often, but keep it on the clean side.

NO KARMA FARMING - bots/ users that are trying to karma farm will be banned.

8

No Vague, Click-bait style titles.

Posts should have titles that properly convey what the post is about, as well as being logical without any context. Posts that link to articles or videos should contain the original source title within its submission title.

Clickbait-y or misleading title may be removed at moderator discretion

9

No houseporn or ragebait

Users must have a connection to the house being posted. Own it, lived in it, visited it, etc.
