Have a question about buying a business? Provide context in your post. Not everybody here is US based. State country (and maybe even state). Provide size of deal, sector, your budget, whether you have experience buying businesses etc. If you want help, take the trouble to provide context! Low quality posts without adequate context could get deleted.
Do not mention DMs, solicit DMs or attempt to move the conversation
Do not publicly encourage people to contact you or state that you've sent a DM (or email). You can contact people privately by DM, but do not comment about it in the thread!
If you can't DM, it may be because your account is new. Go build some karma first.

Definition of business for purpose of this sub
If it's not a trading entity generating revenue, it's not a business. This is not a place for discussion about buying any other assets, inventory, shell (non-trading) companies, software, websites, apps, crypto, domains or anything else but trading entities.
Be professional and polite
Post like you would if your real name is behind the post and like your boss could be reading it. A bit of banter, and being blunt is okay but nothing racist, abusive etc.
Anything off-topic (or not in English) is spam
Previous rules describe what is acceptable here. Anything else, and any post / comment not in English, is considered off-topic and could be considered spam.
Don't drop in here to run a survey, don't do research for a tool / product / service you're developing. This is not a place to collect names / assemble a group.
