Respect Others and Be Civil
No harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior. Treat all contributors and members with kindness. All fandoms are welcome. Keep all content (posts, comments, chats) relevant to Star Trek, Sci-Fi, and related subjects; no politics, religion, current events, activist/social issues, or other unrelated topics. It is the responsibility of the community to enforce this rule in their interactions and, when necessary, report incidents to the mod team for appropriate action. BE KIND, EVERYBODY! 🖖
No Anti-AI Posts or Comments
We don't care how "evil" AI is, how much water it uses, how stupid it makes people, or any of that other activist/Luddite crap; so don't waste your time pontificating. DO NOT post, comment, or chat about ANYTHING that is anti-AI in any way, shape, or form! Doing so will get you permabanned without notice or explanation. If you wish to voice such sentiments, do so elsewhere; they are not welcome here.
Keep things SFST (Safe for Star Trek)
Like Star Trek, this is a family-friendly subreddit. Images of Orion Slave Girls, Skants, or similar in-universe creations MAY be fine. However, Nudity, gore, explicit violence, and explicit sexual themes (visual AND audio) are strictly forbidden.
Posts that are disturbing, or borderline SFST, must be marked NSFW by the original poster where appropriate. The mod team will review, tag, and/or remove posts at their discretion. Continued attempts to violate this rule may result in a permanent ban.
No Spam
Excessive promotion, spam, or advertising of any kind is not allowed. DO NOT intentionally submit posts (originals or edits) more than once; repeat posts will be removed without notice, and a pattern of doing so may get you permabanned. Repeat posts due to server issues with Reddit will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the mod team; please message us by Mod Mail if you feel your post was removed by mistake. Users are limited to 5 posts per 24 hour period; please do not overwhelm the mods!
Be Helpful & Supportive
This community is built on helping each other grow. Avoid leaving negative comments or low-effort criticism. Always frame your feedback constructively, strive to leave positive feedback on the art, and add value to the discussion. If you're just here to be critical about the art without being helpful, your comments will be removed. Also, avoid asking trivial questions such as "is this AI?"; these will also be removed. Continued negativity may result in a ban at the mod team's discretion.
Repetitive or Redundant Comments
Before commenting, check if your point has already been made. If a thread has already established constructive criticism of a one point of view, further similar low-effort comments may be removed as repetitive or redundant.
No Reposting Content From Communities That Prohibit AI
Do not repost, crosspost, screenshot, or share content from communities that prohibit AI-generated or AI-assisted content, including subreddits such as r/ StarTrek, r/ Voyager, or similar spaces. Text-only discussion posts are still welcome, provided they are on-topic and follow the rules.
