Violation reason: Discrimination and/or hate on basis of protected characteristics
2

3

Aim for quality content that may help other users

Please strive to post quality content that may help other users. It’s fine to post about your unique situation, as some of it will usually have some application for others, but posts like “was anyone’s dependant visa granted today” will be removed. Similarly, we expect people to aim to provide good quality advice.

4

No Political Discussions

In light of the current political climate surrounding skilled worker visas and the associated ambiguity and uncertainty, we ask that the community refrain from engaging in political debates. Our goal is to maintain a constructive and supportive environment focused on practical visa-related guidance. Please limit discussions to concrete, experience-based questions and answers rather than speculative or assumption-driven political commentary.

5

No hostility towards other groups of immigrants

Anyone displaying glee, happiness or approval that other groups of immigrants will be disadvantaged under new rules, even if it’s only because they think that this will indirectly benefit Skilled Workers, will be banned and their posts removed. This is particularly egregious when it’s aimed at refugees and other people fleeing persecution. This purpose of this community is to support one another, not tear each other down.

6

Do not disparage immigrants

This subreddit exists to support Skilled Workers and immigrants in related routes. Therefore, we don’t allow any content that disparages immigrants or immigration.
