Rule 1: JoJo shitposts only

Non JoJo shitposts/memes will be deleted faster than you can say “Kono Dio da!”

• For discussions, go to r/StardustCrusaders.
• Fanart is not allowed, unless it’s a shitpost.
• No Self Advertising. Do not say "Check out my channel", "Doing commissions", etc. Making a genuine post and linking socials is fine. Breaking this will result in a permanent ban.

Rule 2: Use proper >!Spoiler tags!< and flairs. NSFW is restricted

• Tag all spoilers of the Manga.
• Anime spoilers don't need to be tagged; browse at your own risk!
• No Spoilers in the Title, unless in the case above.
• Non-JoJo spoilers need to be tagged.
• Flair your post according to the latest part it's about.
• If your post is flaired incorrectly or not marked as a spoiler it will be fixed. However, if there are spoilers in the title or in a comment it will be removed and you will receive a temporary ban.

Rule 3: Be nice, Use your Golden Heart

We are a welcoming sub, meaning no bigotry, harassment, name-calling, trolling, brigading, or spoiling. Being a meanie has a high chance of getting you permabanned.

• Political talk is unwelcome, as they lead to some of the things above.
• Memes that directly allude to slurs (ie. the n-word) are not allowed.
• Memes that feature real people or animals getting hurt or dying are not allowed under any circumstances.
• Don't antagonize other Jojo fans for their habits or tastes in the series.

Rule 4: Don’t be Dong, Don’t Repost

No Reposts in any way, this is a large subreddit, so memes pass through here more often than not, so any memes not created yourself will be removed. This does not include using someone else's work as a smaller part of your own original joke or uploading tiktoks/youtube videos, provided you link the source.

Rule 5: Provide the source for any non-original part of your post.

Feature the source prominently in the title or make a comment linking to it right after posting.

Proper Sources:

• Artist Social Media Pages
• Direct link to art in artist's portfolio

Not Sources:

• A link to a google image search
• A repost of the art with no credit

If you don't know it, don't make the post.

Rule 6: Quality rule: Put effort into both the title and the content of the post.

We are a shitposting sub, but we like quality shitposts.

• Posts cannot rely on the title. They must be a meme and related to JoJo on their own, however the title can still be used to make the post funnier.
• No low effort titles ("An interesting title", "Idk what to put here", "Something", "Idk if this has been done before" etc.).
• No unedited screenshots or photographs of real life or web content. Cropping does not count as editing.

Rule 7: No Meta-Baiting

Metabaiting refers to the act of trying to farm engagement on a post by asking for upvotes/awards, or by designing the post to fish for comments. Common examples include:

"Comment on this post and I'll tell you your stand"

"Upvote this post or killer queen will touch you"

Rule 8: No Brigading/Witch-Hunting

Do not brigade other communities or users. This means:

• Mentioning other subs in a negative light is not allowed ever.
• Do not post links to threads or users with the intent to get people to downvote/insult/threaten them.
• Do not include any username but your own in screenshots you include in your meme. Other users' usernames need to be censored/blurred/blacked out.

Breaking this subrule will net you a 14 day ban at the very least, ranging all the way to perma if it's severe.

Manga Weekend Rules

Only memes from unanimated parts (7-9) are allowed. No memes about the event itself until it's over. Mark spoilers and character deaths. All other rules apply.
