Any attempt to share, request, or facilitate access to pirated content is strictly prohibited. Attempting to organize file sharing, trading, or off-platform groups through this subreddit counts This subreddit is not a hub for distribution, coordination, or exchange of pirated material in any form. If you wish to propose or organize a group for legitimate purposes, you must contact the moderation team before posting. Violations of this rule will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

No Redundant Questions

These include (but not limited to): How to mod X game, When/Can X game/app be cracked?, Where can I find X game?, How do I get started?, Will I be banned?, When will X game/app be added to the server, does X game have multiplayer?, is X a virus? Questions about your antivirus blocking it... Is X game the Q3 version? Alternatives to Rookies... This also includes common questions which can be easily Googled or searched in the sub!

No Off-Topic Posts and Discussion

Submissions must be related to the discussion of Quest/PCVR Piracy. This is NOT Oculus Support. Sidequest has nothing to do with piracy and they have their own sub as well.

No Requests

Do not make a post "When will X game/app be added to Rookie" or "Where can I find X game/app?" - this subreddit is for support and discussion. You can find sites and tools of pirated games/apps in the stickied post & Wiki.

Posts in any style of looking for a game/app, or asking when it will be added will be removed (unless discussed with the moderators, in exceptional cases).

No Spam & Promotion

Do not spam or promote.

If you have made a website or are releasing a tool/guide that can enable piracy, message the moderators first through ModMail.

No Low Effort Posts/Titles

Posts must add value to the sub and help future users with the same issue. Low-effort posts or vague titles that don’t clearly describe the problem and aren’t searchable will be removed. This includes "Help", "A question", or similar generic titles with no clear issue; "title says it all" is not acceptable. Posts containing images taken by a phone that are overexposed, blurry or show dirty screens etc. instead of properly cropped screenshots will be removed as well.

No Ban Evasion

Evading bans by using a different account. We can tell.

No Trolling/Toxic Behavior

We dont want people like you in our subreddit.

Obey/Respect Mod/Staff

The staff here work for free to try to keep this sub useful. Disobeying a staff member or calling them names is a sure way to find out the consequences of this rule. Sure they are "just" reddit mods but they do it for free in their spare time and dont need to put up with trolls or people talking down to them for any reason

No Rumor-Spreading or Baseless Accusations

Posts designed to stir up hostility toward moderators, groups, or community members without evidence are not permitted.

If you have a legitimate concern, provide verifiable information and report it through the proper channels. Posts made solely to spread rumors or incite drama will be removed and may result in a permanent ban.
