Bug reports and questions about issues you are having are welcome. However, if your post does not have a clear title or fails to convey the problem accurately, it can make it difficult to provide an answer that will help you or other users.
Vague or poorly worded posts may be removed and the user asked to repost with more information.
Be Respectful
You know the drill. Maintain respectful discourse without attacking people, and keep profanity and other explicit content within an acceptable boundary for a community about Pokémon.
Being rude will likely earn you a temporary timeout, and continued arguing over the reason for your timeout will make it permanent. Clear racism, homophobia, or other forms of discrimination or hate will be met with immediate action without appeal.
Keep Content Relevant
Posts should be SPECIFICALLY related to the SmithPlaysPokémon channel or the Legacy ROMhacks. General Pokémon discourse or unrelated content is forbidden. Tangentially, we do allow discussion of ROMhacking design and/or nostalgic pieces of memorabilia related to Gens 1-3.
If you are clearly spamming several subreddits with advertising for your Etsy store or other non-Legacy item, we will ban you.
No ROM Distribution
Distribution of ROMs is illegal, and we don't participate in illegal activity.
Do not ask for ROMs, share links to ROMs, or market sales of ROM files. This especially includes physical copies for ROMhacks; you can share information on how to legally obtain these things or create your own physical media, but that is all.
Mistakes happen, but intentionally or repeatedly breaking this rule will result in a ban.
No Spam
Excessive posts/comments within a short time frame may be removed if they're considered to be disruptive to the community.
Users will likely not receive bans for this issue unless it is exceedingly common.
