No Low Effort Posts
No FOMO posts, duplicate topic posts, basic questions with easily searched answers.
10+ Years Minimum
If you're buying cards or sealed, the principle is hold for as long as possible. 10+ years is recommended. Collectors love to collect. That's what it's about. Enjoy the process. (No flipping/scalping!)
No Buying/Selling/Trading
If there's something you're interested in you may inquiry via comments but all buying/selling/trading beyond initial inquiring needs to be taken to chat and it's a personal endeavor not represented by the subreddit.
Avoid Purchasing Criticism
Everyone has the right spend their money as they please. If someone's purchase quantity is an issue, keep your judgements to yourself and keep the discussions financially related.
Must be financially related / No counterfeit authentication or self-promotion.
Prices must be disclosed, if asked the price it must be provided and should've been included in headline from get-go. Non-PokeInvesting self-promotion is not allowed. If you've made an app, website, if it's relevant to investing in Pokemon than it's something we're happy to support.
HOW TO SUBMIT POSTS
We do not accept pulls posts, we do not verify legitimacy. Grading questions need to go to our grading sub. Trade posts need images of both items being traded. Post topic must be Pokemon finance related. Try to use images and a quality description! Use a quality headline that's descriptive like a news paper and not just "Thoughts?", needs some detail! Obvious shill posts will be rejected need to have actual good DD if want to recommend a card/sealed.
Affiliate Links
Links to marketplaces (e.g., TCGPlayer, eBay) are permitted provided they are niche relevant and discussion based. As is standard for these platforms, links include referral tags that provide a small compensation to the poster so users are fully aware. No "deal spamming" or low effort posts which break the rules are permitted.
