Also, it is encouraged to keep prices on completed WTS listings. Please use Reddit's Markdown strike through format on the original price.

It is generally inefficient to charge the buyer PayPal fees.

That's not how haggling works and just makes the overall process much more difficult and time consuming.
The price in your listing should be a guideline. If you choose to do so, you can private message the buyer with your preferred price and negotiate from there.
