You get upset and leave hurtful messages that hurt our beloved community and those who participate in it. Hey, Heman here again to explain why NSFW content could hurt our community. So here in r/OldInternetCultureV2 we allow everyone, and when I say that I mean everyone! So little kids, and even your grandparents could be scrolling through this subreddit, and to have NSFW content such as, complete nudity, sex, Pornography, ect. It could scar kids, upset grandparents, and it's not quite the mood we are going for here. I'd like to keep the children and the Grandparents happy and their parents too!

Hey hey, Heman here to talk about why posting "Post Nostalgia" and what it is, is not allowed here. "Post Nostolgia" is what I refer to as, Backrooms, Aero, Vaporwave (after 2015), videos that feature nostalgia but were made after 2015. We don't want any of that here, the community here is about authenticity and having the real deal. We see enough of that stuff today, so why not actually go back to the past and watch videos made in that era right here on r/OldInternetCultureV2. Heman Out!

Aren't you sick and tired of today's content, that you just want to sit back, relax, and relive some great memories while browsing r/OldInternetCultureV2? Well that's what this is here for, anything after 2015 is forbidden here to keep the authenticity of the subreddit going. Keep the videos within that sweet time region in which we focus on what we consider to be the best era of the internet!

Heman here, do I even need to explain why slurs aren't allowed? Well I'm gonna do it anyway. Slurs. Ethnic Slurs, Racial Slurs, Religious Slurs, Contemporary Slurs.. Slurs.. Words made specifically to hurt someone, to hurt other, to hurt entire cultures, religions, race and more. Now that's not to nice. Here we have a community of people who gather to experience the past and the best years of the internet together without even caring where anyone's from or religion or ethnicity. Keep slurs out!

Posts must contain tags, tags help me, and the community depict when the post was originally uploaded to the internet. So say you are going to post something, you'd go and look at the original video, and see the date it was published. Pick the tag with the date marked for when it was uploaded and then post your post! Simple as that!
