No NSFW

We do not tolerate any kind of pornographic, obscene or highly disturbing content in graphical terms. Disturbing cases are allowed but only in text, for eg: no images of brutally thrashed soldiers but you can write about their story. Sex related stuff will be removed even if in text.

No Doxxing/Harassing/Bullying

Any personal attack against any individual won't be tolerated. This also includes going into one's DMs to fight with them, dox someone, harass them or bully them etc.

No Politics

Avoid Political Posts until its related to Defence Services directly, there are other subReddits if you want to share your political opinion.

Be RESPECTFUL towards the FORCES and the ACADEMIES

Gentlemen, you are FREE TO CRITICISE the armed forces, but ensure that your criticism remains within respectful limits. It should not turn into an insult against these esteemed institutions. The armed forces are among the most prestigious organizations in our country. While they may have certain flaws, that does not grant anyone the right to disrespect them.

No Religious Hatred

Make sure you keep religious discussions away from this sub, any kind of hatred towards any religion will not be tolerated.

Course Promotion/Self Promotion

Promotion of Paid Courses through posts is Strictly Prohibited. You can suggest courses to help others out but don't do it in a biased manner, don't critically demean other courses and your promotion related comments should not be too much. If we find out that most of your comments are promoting a specific course, we can ban you. Promotion of your own free resources/material is fine but that too must not be done as a spam/too repetitive.

While posting a Pic of your body for like knock knees, dental problems or anything, please mark it NSFW.

Stay On topic

Posts must be related to defence.

Mods' say is final.

Mods have the final decision and judgement on any problem occurring here (but also by mutual agreement between themselves). If something wrong happens in the sub but isn't mentioned in the rules, they can choose to take action against them since the rules may not be enough to compile all possibilities. Also, the mods are chosen for proper reasons and by qualification hence they have this final decisive power.

Disciplinary action against mods

However any mod's actions can be revoked, their post or comment can be removed, they can be banned, their mod position can be removed etc by other mods by mutual agreement if the mod is found using unfair means.

Rule regarding AMAs and Guidance related posts

If you claim to belong to a specific background such as being an ex-NDA, retired personnel, affiliated with a recognized institution, or having notable academic achievements you are welcome to contribute.

However, before initiating any AMA or guidance-related post, you must contact the moderation team via modmail and provide sufficient proof to verify your credibility.
