- All rate quotes must be there own comment. We want the validity of the quote to stand on it's own, without commentary from other brokers in the community.
- All posting loan officers must have their NMLS number listed on their Reddit profile
- All posting loan officers must get approval from moderator prior to posting. Please send mod note, with resume, and contact info.
