Post Content Requirements

Posts must discuss mortgages with descriptive titles. Prohibited: non-English posts, generic or hypothetical questions, surveys, milestone posts with little info, meta or IAMA/AMA posts. Mortgage-related news articles are allowed.

No Advertising or Soliciting

No ads, petitions, business names, business usernames, affiliate links, private info requests, or excessive credential mentions. You cannot promote anything you're affiliated with, even if non-monetized. Sending DMs to any rate quoted is strictly prohibited, with the exception of the original quoting broker. This community is not a rate table. The moderator may post contact info when it’s directly tied to educational content or community benefit.

Off-Topic or Low-Quality Content

No trolling, memes, clickbait, bot activity, doxxing, attacks, politics, or rude behavior. Posts must be meaningful and sincere, avoiding humor farming or provocative language. Stay respectful of others.

Posting Rate Quote Requirements

  1. All rate quotes must disclose, Rate, APR, Lender Fees, Principal & Interest Payment.
  2. All rate quotes must be there own comment. We want the validity of the quote to stand on it's own, without commentary from other brokers in the community.
  3. All posting loan officers must have their NMLS number listed on their Reddit profile
  4. All posting loan officers must get approval from moderator prior to posting. Please send mod note, with resume, and contact info.
