Form and technique check
We encourage you to submit your form and technique check videos. When you do, please make sure your whole body is visible. Indicate any issues you're already aware of. Be open to feedback when asking for it. Use common sense with accepting it.
Did the OP ask for your feedback?
If the OP did not ask for your feedback then please do not give it, allow people to express themselves and grow in their own way.
No outcome after 3 comments?
Has the conversation turned into a "no you're wrong", "no you're wrong"? Just stop, neither party is going to budge, so if it's your third comment with no resolve, leave it. Be the bigger man or woman.
Positivity is a must
Everything you submit here, posts or comments have to be positive, there is no trolling, trolling means that your comment has no effect other than annoying the OP and brings absolutely nothing of value to the table.
Post today and post tomorrow
You can post daily, as long as it's of value, value to keep you or others motivated, value to provide info to others, value to entertain but be on topic... Kettlebells.
Self promotion
Self-promotion is not frowned upon, it's understood that one can have solid valuable content that can contain self-promotion, but here's the difference. -don't come here and dump your self-promotion straight away, become part of the community first, add value, help out, answer, and then your post can contain promotion, but it has to be of value. It can't just be sales only. If in doubt just contact the mod.
No drive-by negativity
You can disagree, critique, and push back — that's part of a healthy community. What's not welcome is showing up only to sh!t on posts. If every comment you leave is negative and you never contribute anything constructive, helpful, or positive, you're not here to participate, you're here to bring people down. One critical comment is fine. Two is fine. A pattern of only negativity, with zero positive engagement, will get you removed.
