This is a meme community, all posts (unless otherwise specified or approved by mods,) must contain an actual meme or a joke of some kind.

Absolutely NO hate speech or bigotry!

Bigotry, insensitivity, or hate speech (as to be defined by mods) in this sub is strictly prohibited. This includes any prejudices towards religion, race, creed, gender/sexual identity, et. al.

No personal attacks of ANY kind

Personal attacks of any kind will not be tolerated, this includes lobbing insults or otherwise at a fellow Redditer, in addition to personal attacks on any public figure or known individual, alive or dead.

Flame wars and ragebait are NOT allowed

This is still a meme community, after all, not a politics, philosophy or debate Subreddit, so don’t overanalyze memes, and learn to take a joke. This means: no essays, rants, or moral lectures in posts or in the comments. (Flame wars will be muted, rage bait will be removed.

If something really offends you, use the mod mail system to notify us and appropriate action will be taken (if a rule is actually being broken, that is, otherwise you may find yourself being penalized for wasting our time.)

ZERO nudity (Censored content only.)

Porn-related memes are allowed only if the content does not show nudity. You may use suggestive images or clips as long as all NSFW portions are fully censored using black bars, pixelation, stickers, or other appropriate methods. Absolutely no uncensored nudity is allowed in this Subreddit. Keep it edgy, not explicit. In said video/image, it should have something we can call a meme. Just uploading a porn video with censored black Black bars does not constitute a meme, and will be removed.

No self-promotion without permission

This sub is for memes, not marketing. Don’t post your YouTube links, Telegram groups, affiliate links, or try to promote your content. We’ll remove promo content and ban you for some time, unless it’s pre-approved by mods. Wanna promote? DM the owner/mods first.

No repetitive or lazy content. (Including spam.)

Low-effort memes are welcome — but don’t just spam the same template again and again without any twist. If you’re using the same image/video/template:

Add something new — like changing the text, editing visuals, or giving a fresh angle

Don’t just repost YouTube Shorts-style memes without any creativity

The meme should feel like you actually made or added something to it, not just saved & uploaded

On the Revolution Memes Flair

The Revolution Memes flair may be used for posts that are movement-focused or expressive in nature, even if they are not traditional memes. However, this flair is NOT a free pass. Posts using this flair must still follow ALL Subreddit rules. Using the Revolution Memes flair to spread political propaganda, one-sided ideology pushing, hate speech, or manipulation will result in stricter moderation and longer bans. Abuse of this flair will NOT be tolerated.

Moderators have final say when it come to the running of this Subreddit. Feel free to appeal any Mod actions to us or to Reddit Admins, (be courteous) but at the end of the day, if Mods reach a general consensus, there is nothing you can do.
