Please just be kind, no fighting & harassment/bullying.

No matter what type of disagreements you may have, please just don’t do the fighting and arguing. It really isn’t worth it and I don’t want that in this community I just want it to be a safe space for everyone. Harassment and bullying just isn’t okay, so don’t.

Don’t invalidate others feelings or experiences.

It may not be important to you, but let’s not invalidate how others feel. For some people it was their life, their coping mechanism, their only way of communicating with some people even. No matter the reason, it’s just not okay to invalidate or make someone feel small or like they can’t talk about their feelings/experiences. It may not be that deep to you, but you have no place telling others how to feel about it. Sorry. Any kind of invalidating of anyone will not be tolerated.

No scamming

No scamming will be allowed here. If anyone tells you they can “recover your account”, no they can’t. They genuinely cannot they are lying to you, please don’t fall for that. Also don’t fall for people who try to promote sites asking thousands that claim they can do this. It’s all a scam and not worth it.

Try to keep things relevant, okay?

Your posts can be about suspensions or disablements, actions taken, similar issues with other social media, anything alike.

But please just keep posts relevant. Chatting in the comments or being silly/joking even about the situation is fine.

Posts/comments about other Instagram or other social media related issues can be fine too I suppose, but for the most part keep it about what’s mentioned above.

Please no promoting

What I mean with this is, just don’t use this as a way to gain followers.

I recommend protecting yourself if you post anything with your username/real name, etc, as there’s a lot of crazies out there. You’re free to post that information if you’d like but please be careful and safe.

The only type of promoting I’m fine with here is promoting your success in getting your account back. I have no hate towards anyone who promotes anything, but this simply just isn’t the place - 😅

Be mindful of anyone who DMs you

I don’t mind if anyone messages anybody, but if you’re on some weird behavior you cannot be here.

This is more of advice than a rule, but if anyone is harassing you, block them or report them if you need to.

But feel free to let me know I’ll remove them from the community.

If you break any rules:

You will get a warning, if you do not respect these rules you will have to be banned.

I want this community to be safe for people, not a disaster.
