Rule # 1: Be Civil / No Slurs

Maintain a respectful environment.

Personal attacks, insults, or harassment—especially during heated market debates—will result in a ban.

Note on Slurs: We have a zero-tolerance policy for slurs of any kind. Use of the "R-word," "f-word," or any other hateful language will result in a permanent ban without warning.

Keep the discussion focused on the topic, not the individual.

Rule # 2: No Low-Effort Posts

To prevent the sub from becoming a wall of "Will this list at 50% premium?" questions, "I have made quick XX% gain" or "I have booked gain at XYX price", we are enforcing strict policy again Low-Effort posts.

Rule # 3: No Unverified "Grey Market Premium" (GMP) Shilling

We acknowledge that GMP is a major part of Indian IPOs, but it's often manipulated. Your investment decision should not be based on GMPs but also include Fundamental Analysis, QIB Interest and other factors.

As there isn't any verified source of GMP, we will not be allowing any GMP posts.

Any posts/comments promoting grey market participation will be removed.

Rule # 4: No Low-Effort Allotment Status Posts

Individual posts stating "I got X lots" or "Did not get allotment" are prohibited. These posts clutter the feed and make it difficult to find news and analysis.

Where to post: All allotment-related updates must be shared in the Official Allotment Mega-Thread (usually pinned at the top of the sub). Screenshots of SMS notifications or Registrar's allotment status pages will be removed.

Exceptions: High-effort posts discussing allotment statistics will be allowed.

Rule # 5: No Self-Promotion or Referral Links

Any link to a personal blog, YouTube channel, or any kind of WhatsApp/Telegram group will be removed immediately.

Rule # 6: Stay Within Scope (IPOs & Recent Listings) & interest of this community

This subreddit is dedicated exclusively to the Indian IPO ecosystem and the performance of companies within their first year of listing. Allowed:

• Upcoming Mainline and SME IPOs (DRHP/RHP analysis, updates).
• Allotment and Listing Day discussions.
• Performance tracking and news for companies listed on the NSE/BSE within 1 year.

Not allowed:

• General market news (e.g., "Why is Nifty falling?").
• Analysis of "legacy" stocks that have been listed for more than 1 year.
• Portfolio reviews

Rule # 7: No Manipulative Content or Biased Shilling

Content intended to artificially manipulate member sentiment is strictly prohibited. This includes:

• Market Bias: "Pumping" (unrealistic hype) or "Dumping" (baseless panic) to sway member bias toward or against an IPO.
• Low-Effort Hype: Posts with "FOMO-inducing" titles, excessive emojis (e.g., 🚀, 💎), or "to the moon" sentiments without data.
• Grey Market Activity: Strictly no advising or facilitating deals in illegal or unregulated areas of the market, such as the Grey Market.
