Please try to make sure the dogs in question are doing something that could be considered derpy or goofy. There are plenty of other subreddits out there for dogs in general. I would like to keep this one unique.

Keep it light-hearted

This sub is supposed to be fun. Try to avoid posting anything upsetting. There’s enough of that on the internet already.

No Artificial Intelligence

This sub is made to celebrate real-life dog derpiness. Any videos or pictures made with generative artificial intelligence will be removed.

No hate towards any specific breeds

All dog breeds, including pitbulls, are living, breathing creatures that should always be treated with respect by default. Any comments attempting to claim otherwise will not be tolerated. That is basically dog racism.

There is certainly an argument to be made that many owners and breeders don’t take proper care of their dogs, which can have horrific consequences, but this sub is not the place to be having that debate.
