Be excellent to each other.
Civility and mutual respect are the price of participation here.
This sub is for coins, banknotes, and numismatic items only. No crypto. No counterfeits.
Appropriate sale items for this sub include: coins (graded or ungraded, base or precious metal, bullion, numismatic, currently circulating), banknotes, paper money, tokens, exonumia, medals, medallions, numismatic literature, and numismatic supplies.
Bullion in other forms is acceptable as long as the majority of items for sale in your post are coins.
Format titles correctly.
All posts must begin with [WTS] and/or [WTT] (including capital letters and brackets). The Automod will remove posts that do not conform.
You must wait 48 hours between posts.
For example, if you make a post on Monday at 9:00 p.m., you may not make another post until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Posts made within 48 hours of a prior post will be removed.
You must provide a verification photo for all the items in your post.
A verification photo (or proof pic) is one or more photos showing all of the items for sale or trade, together with the seller's username, and a handwritten note indicating the current date. It must be hosted on Imgur.
Each item for sale must have an asking price.
This could be a fixed price (e.g. $50) or an indexed price (e.g. "10% over current spot value"). An item can be a single thing or a lot/group of things. Soliciting best offers is only allowed with a fixed price. No auctions or auction style listings.
Your post must indicate your desired payment method and shipping details.
Make sure your buyers know which payment methods you prefer, and any relevant details regarding shipping their purchases to them.
Discussions about pricing are not allowed in the comments.
Sellers are free to ask any price they wish for their items. Asking for clarification on unclear pricing is fine, but otherwise don't discuss prices in the comments.
Giveaways require moderator pre-approval.
A giveaway is providing something for free with no purchase required.
Self-promotion is not allowed.
Do not use r/CoinSales to publicize buying and selling activities outside of this sub.
