No Spam or Excessive Self-Promotion
We are here to discuss toys, not to be a marketplace. Affiliate links, repetitive promotional posts, and "drop-shipping" store links are strictly prohibited. Spammers will be permanently banned without warning.
Safety First
When sharing or reviewing a toy, please mention any potential safety risks (e.g., small parts, string hazards, or toxic materials). Do not recommend toys that are known to be dangerous to cats.
Stay on Topic
Posts must be related to cat toys, enrichment, or DIY play ideas. General cat photos are great, but they should include or discuss a toy. Reposted "viral" videos that don't add value will be removed.
Respect the Community
Treat other members with respect. Harassment, "gatekeeping," or aggressive behavior toward others will not be tolerated. We are all here because we love our cats!
No Affiliate/Referral Links
To ensure reviews are honest and unbiased, do not post affiliate links, "refer-a-friend" codes, or links that generate commission. If you love a toy, just link to the store page directly or share the product name.
Credit Original Sources
If you are sharing a DIY toy guide, a video, or an image that you did not create yourself, you must credit the original creator in the title or comments. Do not claim others' work as your own.
No Medical Advice
This sub is for toys and enrichment. If your cat has swallowed a part of a toy or seems injured, please contact a veterinarian immediately. Do not ask the community for medical diagnoses.
No Animal Cruelty or Stressful Content
Do not post content showing cats being intentionally scared, stressed, or harmed by toys (e.g., the "cucumber" prank or aggressive teasing). Play should be a positive experience for the cat.
