Be lekker, don't be a doos. Don't insult anyone. Don't talk down to anyone. Don't use derogatory terms. Be kind and understanding, even if you've had a kak day. This includes other users but also people/parties not on Reddit. Only exception: if people post low effort questions that are easily Googleable or have been answered on the sub before - then klap them as hard as you want.
Don't spam
Don't link to your own social media accounts or websites, don't advertise your business or products without mod permission. Don't solicit DMs. What is allowed: actual ads (print and video) of historical or humorous interest, genuine reviews or recommendations posted by users, posting your own informative content (without watermarks, links or references to your channels or business)
High quality, engaging posts
Posts must have genuine discussion value - don't post questions easily answered by Google or by a quick search in the sub. No "engagement bait" or completely open questions - provide a detailed explanation and offer your own perspective with solid reasoning before asking others to comment. Ensure media (photo or video) posts are of high quality, from multiple angles (including interiors and close-ups). Unremarkable, blurry or plain-looking media of cars will be deleted. Cite your sources!

Posts must be somehow related to cars and driving in South Africa (including neighbouring countries).
Want to sell ads
If you are posting your vehicle for sale, your post MUST begin with [WTS] followed by the year and model. Include ALL the following details: make, model, year, mileage, description/features, VIN, price. You must disclose any accidents, repairs or modifications. Include as many images as possible from all around the vehicle including interiors.
